[Ring a ding ding!]
“Cecily Hardy is Sydney’s best marriage celebrant by far. She knows how to command a mic, make the crowd laugh and make them cry. She made us feel like the most interesting, sexy, and worthwhile two people on the planet. Every wedding I go to is going to remind me how freaking blessed we were to have her.”
Sophie Galston, married 29th November 2009.
Cecily Hardy is the Queen of Hearts.
Cecily is a celebrant with some cheek [actually a fair bit].
If you looking for something a bit different, a little on the wild side, or you just want someone who understands love without too much pre-fab lovey-dovey stuff, then she’s your gal.
Don’t go for some stodgy ol’ granny with recycled ceremonies. That ‘aint what you want.
But seriously. Seriously. Cecily is seriously good at making it totally completely utterly you.
Just say marry me bitch… ahem.. I mean lady!
[Or commitment me! Or name me! Or whatever I want her to do to me!]
“The idea of having some boring stuck in the mud or phoney love expert as a celebrant was gross. We thought Cecily would be a much better option because she’s funny and open to ideas – and she was this but also so much more … Cecily guided us through the process of putting together a wedding that not only reflected who we were as a couple, but also helped us keep in the foreground why we decided to get married in the first place. Her customised ceremony was hilarious, romantic, quirky, poetical and touching. Following the ceremony everyone was raving so much about her work that we were forced to remind them the day was about us. If we ever get divorced it will only be so Cec can marry us again. We, the owl and the pussycat, will always fondly think of her as our Turkey on the Hill.”
Nathan & Danielle Married 10th October 2009.
